Welcome and thank you so much for shopping here at PINK BLONDE STORE. We work with passion and love to bring you a carefully curated collection of our favorite jewels + accessories from around the world. We hope you wear them with love and appreciation for yourself, and as a reminder of how beautiful and magnificent you truly are

Orders + Payment

  • An order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is completed. A second delivery confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once your order has been posted. *Payments can be made securely via Paypal or Bank deposit (AL Ahly bank) or Vodafone cash or westr union or cash on door All prices are listed in Egyptian pounds EGP
  • Backorders will only be available if item/s are due to arrive within 1-3 days

Shipping

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) of payment being received. We endeavor to pack and ship next day whenever possible. During sale times, there may be 1-2 days further delay on shipping.

Return + Exchange

Here at PinkBlonde, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders. However, if this is not the case

 

We usually don’t accept returns unless you received faulty or damaged goods!

  • Items are returned within 7 days from delivery date
  • Items are in an unused, resaleable condition
  • Items must have all packaging/boxes/bags included
  • Pierced Jewellery cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons
  • We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item(s) have been returned outside the terms of our returns policy
  • Return fees must be paid by the customer unless an item is being returned due to our own fault 

    Non-returnable items:

  • Pierced Jewellery – earrings, etc.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will issue you a gift certificate with the amount of the item.

IF THE PRODUCT you ORDERED DIDN’T FIT you OR you DIDN’T LIKE IT

*We’ll feel sorry for you as for most cases we don’t accept returns. And if we did you will get charged for returning your order and the refund money will be issued for you in form of coupon code for it to be stored as store credit that could be used anytime within 6 month of the return.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless it’s been delivered in damaged condition.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Faulty Goods

  • All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged. However, if for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via email [email protected] (we may need photographic evidence, so attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along!)

If the item has been broken by the customer and is not a manufacturing issue unfortunately we cannot be held liable.
