3) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
*Usually, it takes from 1- 3 working days (SAT- to-THUR) till it reaches your door steps. Yet, there might be unconditional Delay from our courier during official Holidays or other circumstances.

4) WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT WAS DAMAGED?
*As soon as you receive your order and find any damage with one or all the products inside, Please don’t hesitate to call us on 01022424279  or send us an e-mail with your issue on [email protected]  as we will take care of your issue immediately. And your damaged order will be replaced within 2 days of your complain.

5) WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED DIDN’T FIT ME OR I DIDN’T LIKE IT?
*We’ll feel sorry for you as for most cases we don’t accept returns. And if we did you will get charged for returning your order and the refund money will be issued for you in form of coupon code for it to be stored as store credit that could be used anytime within 6 month of the return.

6- WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?
*Well, let’s start by saying that most of our products are either silver/gold plated alloy. Else, it will be stated otherwise on the product description. Also, we do guarantee that our products don’t rust nor change its color.

7) WILL YOU BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

*It depends on what you are asking for. But, in most cases we don`t customize orders.

8) CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AFTER RECEIVING IT?

*We only accept returns for damaged products or if the product wasn’t as described

*Product condition must be as received with no damaged packaging.

9CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND RECEIVE IT ON SAME DAY*?
Sure, But everything comes with its price

*If you placed your order before 2 pm you will have it on the same day, if it was placed after 2 pm you will have it within 24H of placing your order. Please call us on 01022424279 if you need it immediately or need special arrangements.
*Only valid for Cairo/Giza residents for 60 EGP.

10CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON A PRODUCT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

*Yes, down payment might be needed though (50%), as our cash collection team will be sent to your place and give you an invoiced sheet with the amount paid.or Vodafone cash and send invoiced sheet to your mail.
